There’s a wide variety of drinks available on the webshop, from americanos and espressos, to frothy lattes and chocolatey drinks, as well as cold varieties.

This warranty applies to all products with De’Longhi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).

 

What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit. The benefits to you given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates.

 

In New Zealand, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

 

How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.

 

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

 

How do you get service?
If you believe your product is defective, contact Nestlé Dolce Gusto (contact details are below) for instructions on where to send or bring it for repair. Nestlé Dolce Gusto will bear the expense of any product sent back to us.

nice and easy fancy coffee

we love our machine we bought a while back, its much easier to use than the previous fancy coffee machine that required more time to prepare and clean than to drink the coffee so gave up. this machine is great and so easy to make up and easy to do the odd simple clean under a tap (only the pottle holder needs the occasional clean). we like having the odd fancy coffee, but at $10 per box of 8 drinks we still only have occasionally (about 1 per week) as a treat, but still less costly than buying fancy coffee at a shop.

Thumbs up for Piccolini

Bought the Piccolini this week. So far so good, and working my way through a few different flavours. The fact that this is a manual machine is no problem at all and in fact I reckon in allows a bit of extra freedom to experiment with coffee to water ratios. I am enjoying the simplicity of the Dolce Gusto capsule coffee system, normally drinking instant coffee and the occasional cup of plunger in the weekend.
