Like all NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® coffee machines, it’s very easy to clean, has fast heat up, and a 2 year guarantee. The coffee grinds stay in the pods so there is no mess, no fuss. There’s a wide variety of drinks available on the webshop, from americanos and espressos, to frothy lattes and chocolatey drinks, as well as cold varieties.

This warranty applies to all products with De’Longhi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).

 

What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit. The benefits to you given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates.

 

In New Zealand, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

 

How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.

 

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

 

How do you get service?
If you believe your product is defective, contact Nestlé Dolce Gusto (contact details are below) for instructions on where to send or bring it for repair. Nestlé Dolce Gusto will bear the expense of any product sent back to us.
